Fabio Segat is a business lawyer with broad experience. In his last role before joining Code Law, Fabio was responsible for building the legal, compliance, regulatory, governance and HR structures of a leading impact investor startup. Prior to that, Fabio was responsible for managing the legal, compliance and HR functions of the Swiss branch of a major international corporation and worked as a lawyer and notary public in leading business law firms in Zurich and Zug. He combines experiences of the needs of dynamic startups and mature corporate structures. Fabio is fluent in English and German. He holds a law degree and an Executive MBL from the University of St. Gallen and was admitted to the bar as an Attorney at Law in 2010.
